‘Outlander’ mai aproape de sezonul 5

Veşti bune pentru fanii Outlander, Chris Parnell, co-preşedinte Sony TV, confirmând în cadrul unei emisiuni radio că au început deja discuţiile şi negocierile pentru reînnoirea oficială a serialului cu sezonul 5.

În vara anului trecut, cei de la STARZ au reînnoit Outlander cu două noi sezoane, 3 şi 4. Cu sezonul 3 în curs de derulare, echipa a început deja în Scoţia filmările pentru S4, scenariul acestuia având la bază cel de-a patrulea volum din seria semnată de Diana Gabaldon, Drum of Autumn.

În România, Outlander este difuzat pe AXN White şi pus la dispoziţia abonaţilor Netflix, aceştia putând viziona săptămânal şi la doar câteva ore de publicul american episoadele noi. Sezonul 3 se va încheia pe 10 decembrie, o dată cu difuzarea episodului 3×13 ‘Eye of the Storm’.

“I can tell you there are early talks on us doing that, to absolutely not have an extended Droughtlander like we’ve had before. That’s the goal. (…) I’ll tell you that I’m in this to tell Diana’s story to completion,” Parnell said. “We want to deliver Outlander all the way through, just like Diana wants to deliver it all the way through. Where she leads it, we want to bring it there. I believe in my heart that our friends at Starz want to do the same thing. The worst thing that can happen is if we ended this prematurely.”
