După ce un bătrân dintr-un azil este răpit, investigaţia echipei NCIS îi conduce spre un grup de escroci, Ginger şi Edward O’Boyle ale căror victime sunt persoanele în vârste şi vulnerabile, retrase în astfel de centre.
